What follows are our Terms and Conditions.
These, together with the references they contains, are applicable to every agreement that we, Studio Stamp (trade name of Studio Stamp, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 81485719) make with you.

We retain the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions. You agree that the latest version of these Terms and Conditions apply to our agreements.
Article 1 – Products
We sell narrative puzzle games in the format of postal packages and products related to those games, such as refill kits, expansions and supplements.
Article 2 – Payment
The (total) price of the products is stated on our webshop. You pay using our online payment service: WooCommerce handles this service. The shipping costs will be paid on your end.
Article 3 – Delivery
We deliver your product on the address you provided with your order. You can no longer change the address once we have sent out the package(s). Once the package is sent, we will provide you with a track & trace code, so you can follow the progress of your order. We try as best we can to deliver our product as swiftly as possible. Should the order be delayed, we will notify you of this by e-mail. We guarantee you will receive your order no more than 31 days after placing said order. Should any unforeseen situation make this claim unfeasible, you may request we refund the amount of money you paid for our product immediately.
As a user you agree to receive an invitation to place a review on our website. You are not in any way obligated to entertain this invitation, but of course you are more than welcome to share your experience with our services.
Artikel 4 – Returns
Within fourteen days of receiving our products, you may always return it back to us. You can do so with a return form or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. After having received a confirmation from us, you are required to return the product within 14 days. Within fourteen days of us having received the product, we will refund the complete purchase amount. The cost of return shipping will not be compensated. In the period granted to you to change your mind about keeping the product, you are responsible for carefully handling the product and its packaging. You may only unpack and open the game in so far as it helps you determine whether you want to keep the product – of course you are not allowed to freely request a refund after having played the game.
Article 5 – Liability
We are not responsible for any damages made by the use of a product of ours. This does not apply to damage made as a consequence of intent, gross negligence or conscious recklessness on our end. Your right to compensation will in any case be a maximum of the paid amount for the ordered product.
Article 6 – Intellectual ownership
All intellectual ownership (such as: royalty, logos and wordmarks) on our text, photos, pictures and other materials, are ours (or fall under our management with permission of the rights holder). Your use of the products may not infringe upon this principle.
Article 7 – Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about the execution of our agreement, we would like to hear it. Send your complaint as soon as convenient (and as thoroughly as possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to progress and settle your complaint as soon as possible, ideally within five working days after having received the complaint. If it takes longer than five days to handle the complaint, you will at least receive a notification about this delay and an estimate as to when you can expect substantive feedback within those five days. Should we not be able to resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute with follow, which will fall under Dispute Settlement.
Article 8 – Dispute Settlement
The Dutch court of law is applicable to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the agreements we make with any of our customers. In case of a dispute, a judge in Midden Nederland will be qualified to settle it.
