CIRCO MAESTRO ENDS IN RUIN
Tragedy and despair looms over the bigtop circus Circo Maestro. It is now a month since the circus lost his lion tamer and director after a gruesome incident at the lion cages. The two lions had to be shot for their horrible act of devouring a human being. No man, woman or child would be safe from these creatures. Losing these valuable animals also means the financial end of Circo Maestro; Turin will have to find a new favourite pastime for the coming Winter.

FLORIDA – There is a spectre haunting Europe. And his name is War, stomping over decency and all which is good. In the Balkan War, the cholera-stricken soldiers were too similar to wild lions, wrapped up in bloodlust, to tend to their illness. This very same choleric, War-hungry spectre, has infected Europe’s leaders. I plead with all nations to stop the cycle of vengeance. Do not ignore the warning signs of failing political health.

You can fold the newspaper horizontally and vertically to bring the item and the elixir together. Take care to be precise; fold as close as you can to the marked lines.
What happens to the picture of the lion cage in the newspaper article when you do this?
You can fold the newspaper vertically to fit the two halves of the saw together (both above and under the picture of the lion cages). Keep the newspaper folded like this, as you then fold it horizontally to fit the two halves of the Laudanum icon together. Inside the picture, a dismembered foot should appear.
